Courageous Girls Club is a confidence-building program designed to help girls aged 6–14 develop emotional strength, social skills, and self-belief in a warm, inclusive, and neurodiversity-affirming environment.
We specialise in small-group, after-school sessions that use creative activities, games, conversation starters and gentle coaching to help girls feel more confident in themselves and their friendships. While not exclusively focused on autism or ADHD, our program has been thoughtfully created to support girls who may struggle with social anxiety, communication challenges, emotional regulation, or a sense of not quite fitting in.
Many of our participants are autistic or ADHD girls who feel more comfortable in our structured, low-pressure setting — where expectations are clear, sensory needs are respected, and every girl is welcomed exactly as she is. There are no uniforms, no competitions, and no pressure to perform — just space to grow, connect, and be heard.
Our facilitators are trained in trauma-aware, neurodiversity-affirming practices and work closely with families to support each child’s individual needs. Girls are encouraged to take part in ways that feel right for them — whether that’s joining in group games or quietly participating in creative tasks at their own pace.
We believe every girl deserves to feel confident, included, and capable — and we’re proud to offer a space where that’s possible.
