The Lavender Sky Foundation is a purpose-driven organisation committed to fostering inclusion, wellbeing, and genuine connection for people living with disability, mental health challenges, or social isolation. Founded on the principles of dignity, respect, and equity, the foundation proudly collaborates with lived experience consultants to ensure its programs are informed, relevant, and impactful.

We are the team behind Connect Rugby League, the Sunshine Coast’s first fully inclusive rugby league program, and our broader initiatives are shaped by our own lived experience—ensuring authenticity and empathy are at the heart of everything we do. From inclusive sport and peer-led programs to awareness events and community partnerships, The Lavender Sky Foundation works to empower individuals, break down barriers, and build a kinder, more connected world for all. We also offer support co-ordination and supporting social events for carers and families throughout the year.
