Juiced Up Groms & Build Your Adventure Programs
Juiced Up Groms is a Sunshine Coast–based service helping young people aged 5–27 build confidence, resilience, and life skills through movement, mentoring, and adventure. We believe that with the right role models and supportive environments, every child and young adult can thrive.
Our Movement & Role Model Program runs during school terms and combines fun games, physical activity, and social interaction in small, personalised groups. Each session is designed to develop key skills such as teamwork, confidence, coordination, and emotional regulation, supported by caring coaches who act as positive mentors.
We also deliver the Build Your Adventure (BYA) Program, a highly personalised 1:1 service. Participants are paired with their own Adventure Coach and taken on community-based experiences such as mountain climbs, beach adventures, cooking days, scavenger hunts, and nature exploration. Each day is tailored to the participant’s needs and interests, with convenient door-to-door transport provided.
Both programs are designed to be uplifting, safe, and outcome-focused, ensuring that participants not only have fun but also grow in confidence and independence. Juiced Up Groms is about more than activities — it’s about helping young people believe in themselves and discover their strengths.
Training/Certification of note: Juiced Up Groms coaches complete ongoing training to ensure our programs are safe, supportive, and inclusive for all participants. Our team members hold Working with Children Checks, First Aid and CPR certification, and complete NDIS Worker Screening. In addition, we provide in-house training in behaviour support, child development, and neurodiversity-affirming practice, guided by allied health professionals such as occupational therapists. We are committed to continuous learning, and our staff participate in workshops and professional development covering areas such as trauma-informed practice, supporting autistic individuals, and inclusive community participation. While we are not a therapy provider, our approach is designed to complement therapeutic supports by creating real-world opportunities for participants to practice social, physical, and confidence-building skills.

2 months agoThe fact that my child looks forward to going every week is massive and a testament to just how good Juiced Up Groms is for ND kids....well my ND child for sure! It's the first time he has felt like this about any activity we have tried. The structure suits wandering minds with low pressure encouragement and inclusion. The positive role modelling and genuine care shown by the coaches is heart-warming and gives us parents so much solace that the kids are in the best hands. And the little community we are developing with other parents, the kids and coaches is an awesome side quest I didn't expect as well. 10 out of 5 stars

2 months agoThe best program I’ve ever come across! Juiced Up Groms is so much more than just another NDIS program. What Cam & Chris have created, along with their incredible team of coaches is something extraordinarily special! From the get-go participants are warmly welcomed & made to feel like they belong. At each & every session they are nurtured & encouraged to be their best selves. The coaches are truly amazing! Genuinely caring & shining role models who hold such a FUN & safe space for the Groms. ‘Groms Day’ is my son’s favourite day of the week! I’ve never seen him enjoy anything as much as he does these sessions. He literally lights up as soon as he hits the oval & counts down the days until his next session. He has made some great mates too. The coaches foster such a beautiful sense of camaraderie between participants. Always supporting & cheering each-other on. I couldn’t recommend Juiced Up Groms highly enough & I’m so grateful my son has the opportunity to be involved in such a fantastic program.

2 months agoMy 10yo was having a tough time at school, joining Juiced Up Groms has built his self confidence and helped him to value himself more. Starting at a new school helped to make his new experience more positive and he’s excited to go and make new friends because he knows he is a good person even though he doesn’t always make the right choice. Thanks guys!
