My vision for Solène Psychology is to have a warm, collaborative space where adults exploring ADHD or Autism can feel safe, seen, and understood. I specialise in online ADHD and Autism assessments for adults, as well as supportive strategy sessions designed to help you better understand yourself and move forward with clarity.

Assessments go far beyond simply providing a diagnosis. Each one includes a personalised profile of your neurodivergent traits, strengths, and vulnerabilities, along with brief recommendations tailored to your needs. My goal is to provide a process that feels transparent, affirming, and empowering—helping you make sense of your story and embrace your unique way of being.

Alongside assessments, I offer strategy sessions that are practical and forward-looking (but not therapeutic). These sessions focus on everyday challenges such as organisation, energy management, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing. Using a neuroaffirming and solutions-focused approach, we work together to identify strategies that align with your values and play to your strengths.

Above all, Solène Psychology is about creating an environment where you feel supported and respected—where your experiences are honoured with compassion, curiosity, and even a touch of lightheartedness. This is a space to discover, understand, and embrace your authentic self.

Approach

At Solène Psychology, autism is embraced as a natural and valuable way of experiencing the world. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach, meaning autism is not seen as something to be “fixed,” but as a core part of identity that comes with unique strengths, perspectives, and challenges.

All services are delivered via Telehealth, which allows people to engage from the comfort of their own environment. This flexibility means clients can arrange their space in ways that feel safe and supportive—whether that’s having a favourite object nearby, headphones on, writing answers, adjusting lighting, camera on or off, or taking breaks when needed. Throughout, I use affirming language, collaborate openly, and keep the client’s voice at the centre of the process.

I actively encourage autistic clients to express their identity authentically—bringing their special interests into conversation, sharing openly in ways that feel natural, and never feeling pressured to mask or perform. By making space for these preferences, I aim to create a supportive, affirming environment where each person feels comfortable, understood, and free to be themselves.
