Heart to Heartbeat invites NDIS participants aged 10–17 to an unforgettable Supported Summer Camp — a week packed with fun, friendship, confidence-building, and adventure!
This flexible-stay camping experience (minimum 2 nights – maximum 4 nights) gives participants the opportunity to explore the outdoors, enjoy beach days, water slides, and team games, all while working towards their NDIS goals in a supportive, inclusive, and family-oriented environment.
With a focus on trustworthy support, NDIS goal-focused activities, and skill-building through teamwork and challenges, participants will create new memories, make lasting friendships, and develop greater independence — all while having the time of their lives!
