Limitless Supports Sunshine Coast is a locally owned and operated disability support service providing personalised, flexible supports to people living with disability across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services that empower individuals to live with greater independence, confidence, and connection within their community.

We offer a range of supports tailored to each individual’s goals, preferences, and daily needs. This includes in-home support with everyday tasks, community access and social supports, one-on-one assistance, and small group programs designed to build social skills and meaningful connections. We also provide engaging school holiday supports for children and young people, focused on fun, routine, and skill development in safe and supportive environments.

At Limitless Supports, we take a relationship-based approach. We prioritise matching each person with the right support worker to ensure compatibility, comfort, and consistency. We understand the importance of trust and aim to create a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and valued.

Our supports are flexible and responsive, adapting to changing needs while maintaining a strong focus on wellbeing and goal achievement. We work closely with individuals, families, and support networks to ensure services are collaborative and aligned.

As a small, local provider, we pride ourselves on being approachable, reliable, and genuinely invested in the people we support. At Limitless Supports Sunshine Coast, you are never just a number—you are at the centre of everything we do.

Approach to supporting autistic individuals:

At Limitless Supports Sunshine Coast, we recognise that every person with autism experiences the world differently and deserves to feel safe, understood, and able to be themselves without pressure to mask or conform.

We support authentic self-expression by taking the time to understand each individual’s interests, communication style, preferences, and identity. Supports are guided by the person, allowing them to engage in ways that feel natural—whether through conversation, alternative communication, or simply having space to be themselves without judgement.

We are highly responsive to sensory needs and adapt supports accordingly. This includes selecting environments that are calm and suitable, offering low-stimulation options, and adjusting activities based on individual tolerance. Sensory tools, breaks, and predictable routines are encouraged to support regulation and comfort.

Consistency is a priority, with a focus on familiar support workers, clear communication, and preparation for any changes to reduce anxiety and build trust.

We work closely with individuals and families to ensure supports remain flexible, respectful, and aligned with each person’s goals, promoting dignity, empowerment, and confidence.
