Strength Potential is a dedicated Queensland-based charity focused on empowering young people (aged 10-25) to uncover their unique strengths, set and achieve meaningful goals, and create a lasting impact in their communities.

We offer a variety of services, including One-on-One Mentoring, Group Programs, and Free Mental Health Resources. Another key feature of our support resources is MiiND, our innovative online platform (miind.org.au), designed to provide accessible mental health tools and resources to help young people thrive.

At Strength Potential, we firmly believe that every young person possesses inherent strengths waiting to be discovered and nurtured. Our mission is to help these strengths not only be recognised but also come to life, enabling young individuals to unlock their full potential. When young people understand their strengths and learn how to apply them, they experience a profound sense of confidence and well-being. This sense of empowerment equips them to tackle challenges, achieve their personal goals, and ultimately navigate life with resilience and purpose.

Through our programs and resources, we aim to create a supportive environment where young people feel valued, encouraged, and inspired to make a positive difference in their lives and the lives of others.

Approach to supporting autistic individuals:

At Strength Potential, we don’t just accept neurodiversity - we celebrate it.

We believe that conditions like Autism and ADHD come with unique strengths and insights. Our focus is on helping young neurodiverse people recognise their value, connect with the right community, and grow the confidence and skills to thrive in everyday life.

Whether it’s at home, in school, or out in the world, we empower each young person to take ownership of their potential and step into environments where they’re understood, supported and able to make a positive difference.
