Our Listing Packages are designed to be accessible and affordable, offering genuine value for a small monthly investment, with 3 flexible options to choose from. There are no lock-in contracts, and a free trial period is available.
All Listing fees are re-invested back in to the platform; helping it grow, improve, and reach more individuals and families searching for support.
The Autism Support Directory will always be a community-first, support-focused space — not a profit-driven venture.

Charging a small fee helps to ensure that the businesses who join the Directory are genuinely aligned with our mission and are here for the right reasons; not just because it’s free.
Listing fees also help to cover ongoing costs, support platform improvements, and allow the Directory to reach more people in need of support — all while keeping it a community-focused, non-corporate resource. Every dollar is invested straight back into making the Directory as helpful and accessible as possible.
Here’s something to consider: If your Listing brings in even one new client over the course of a year, would that make the small monthly fee worthwhile?
Featured Listings receive significantly higher visibility across the Directory – including top placement in search results, display in the Featured Business carousel, and priority placement on region pages.
This added exposure leads to much higher engagement, with Featured Listings typically receiving 100–400% more views compared to non-featured Listings.
Yes! You can keep an eye on your Listing views through the ‘My Listings’ tab in your account dashboard.
We’re also rolling out click-tracking in August — so you’ll also be able to see how many people are clicking through to your email, website, and social media links directly from your Listing.
We genuinely want to provide you with value for your investment. If you’re not seeing the impact you’d hoped for from your Listing, just reach out — we’re more than happy to waive your fee for a few months and review your Listing to see how we can help boost engagement.
No – there are no lock-in contracts (and there never will be)! You’re free to cancel your Listing Package at any time. We want the Directory to be a supportive space for businesses, not a stressful commitment.

As part of our duty of care to the community, we’ve introduced a few important verification steps to help ensure the quality and reliability of Listings. These include:
• Verification of ABN/ACN
• Verification of NDIS registration (where applicable)
• Verification of registration with a relevant professional body (where applicable)
• A check of the NDIS Infringement Notice List and Compliance & Enforcement Actions Search (where applicable)
This is SUCH a great question — and while we wish the answer could be a simple “yes,” the reality is a little more complex.
While we strongly support neurodiversity-affirming practices, we acknowledge that statements and messaging may not always reflect real-world practice. As such, it is not possible to guarantee the approach or values of any individual or organisation. To minimise the risk of misrepresentation, the Directory does not promote itself as exclusively listing neurodiversity-affirming providers.
However, we do reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove Listings where services are clearly misaligned with neurodiversity-affirming values. Information provided in the Listing Form — along with publicly available content such as websites and social media — may be used to assess eligibility. Providers that promote the idea of “fixing” or “treating” autism, or offer ABA-based therapies, are not eligible for a Listing.
To proceed with creating a Listing, providers must be able to answer ‘Yes’ to the following 3 questions:
Do you confirm that your business is committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming support and services?
Does your business offer a strengths and rights-based approach to developmental differences, aiming to provide support and adaptations that affirm neurodivergent identity?
Is your business committed to hearing and validating the voices, perspectives, and preferences of neurodivergent individuals?
Providers are also asked to share a summary of their approach by answering:
How does your business understand and approach autism?
In practical terms, how does your business provide services and support that is neurodiversity-affirming for autistic individuals?
In what ways does your business support autistic individuals to express their identity authentically and accommodate their individual sensory needs?
When creating your Business Listing, you’ll be able to choose from a wide range of Service Categories that reflect the support you provide; a full list of In-Person Service Categories is provided below.
