Our ABC sessions are all about building fundamental movement skills in a way that’s fun, supportive, and tailored to each individual. These sessions are designed specifically for people with disabilities who may benefit from improving their agility, balance, and coordination — key foundations for physical confidence and everyday activities.
Each session includes skill-building drills followed by adapted games that put those new skills into practice. We use clear visuals, consistent routines, and a supportive group environment to help participants feel confident and successful. Activities are adjusted to meet each person’s ability and comfort level, so everyone gets the chance to experience progress and enjoy movement.
We’ve seen big improvements in posture, mobility, confidence, and social interaction through these sessions — especially when participants realise they can do things they didn’t think were possible.
