Authentically Me Occupational Therapy is a Brisbane-based, neurodiversity affirming practice let by Alex, a neurodivergent senior occupational therapist. This service has a clinical interest in supporting autistic and ADHD individuals, focusing on areas such as sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning and interoception.

This service emphasises the values of authenticity, acceptance, agency, autonomy and advocacy- aiming to empower clients through occupation to live in alignment with their own values. Services include ongoing therapy intervention, functional capacity assessments and comprehensive sensory assessments.
