Our alternating Games and Circuit Weeks bring the best of both worlds — fun and movement, tailored for people with disabilities in a supportive, small-group setting.
Alternating Weekly Sessions
- Circuit Weeks are designed to build strength, fitness, and confidence through structured, station-based exercises. These sessions are great for improving endurance, motor planning, coordination, and routine-following — all adapted to each participant’s ability and comfort level.
- Games Weeks add a social, playful twist! We focus on teamwork, communication, and applying movement skills through inclusive and modified games like dodgeball, obstacle relays, balance challenges, and more. These sessions keep things fun, energising, and full of laughter — without losing sight of physical goals.
Every 13 weeks, we hold a Measurements & Progress Day, where participants are guided through optional fitness assessments. We track things like heart rate recovery, basic strength and flexibility movements, and goal-specific skills. This is helpful for setting personal goals, showing NDIS-aligned progress, and celebrating improvements — big or small.
