Heart to Heartbeat’s April Holiday Program offers a fun and supportive school holiday experience for children and young people aged 6–17 years. The program includes a variety of engaging community outings and activities designed to encourage social interaction, confidence building, and positive participation in the community.
Participants will be supported by experienced support workers on a 1:2 ratio (1:1 if requested) while enjoying activities such as movies, farm visits, theme parks, aquatic centres, adventure parks, lazer tag, beach days, and community BBQs. Each activity provides opportunities for participants to build friendships, develop independence, and have fun in a safe and inclusive environment.
The program is open to NDIS participants with plan-managed or self-managed funding, with activity entry costs listed per event.
