JRA Plan Management is a Sunshine Coast–based, neurodiverse-led organisation committed to providing personalised and understanding NDIS plan management. Our team not only works within the NDIS framework but also lives in a neurodiverse world, giving us genuine insight into the challenges and complexities participants often face.

We know that navigating the NDIS can sometimes feel overwhelming and confusing. That’s why our mission is to simplify the process—bringing clarity, confidence, and compassion every step of the way. By taking care of the administrative and financial details, we help remove the stress and uncertainty, so you can focus on what truly matters: living a fulfilling, connected, and joyful life.

At JRA Plan Management, we believe in empowerment, inclusion, and choice. Whether you prefer full support or want to learn to manage your plan independently, we’ll meet you where you are at in life and support you in reaching your goals.

With JRA Plan Management, you’re not just another client—you’re part of a community that understands, respects, and values your individuality. We’re here to walk beside you on your NDIS journey, every step of the way.

Approach

At JRA Plan Management, we understand autism through lived experience. As a neurodiverse-led team, we see autism as a natural and valuable part of human diversity. We take a strengths-based approach, focusing on what makes each person unique rather than trying to “fix” differences. Our goal is to create understanding, acceptance, and genuine inclusion for every participant.

We make our support flexible and accessible so each person can engage in the way that suits them best. Communication can happen by email, phone, or message—whatever feels comfortable. We avoid jargon, explain things clearly, and take the time needed to ensure participants feel confident and supported. Our team always listens, respects boundaries, and encourages choice and independence.

We encourage everyone to be themselves and to share what helps them feel comfortable. That might mean meeting online, keeping communication simple, or allowing extra time when needed. We’re happy to adapt to sensory or communication preferences, creating a calm and respectful experience that lets each person feel seen, heard, and understood.
