Juiced Up Groms & Build Your Adventure Programs
Juiced Up Groms is a Sunshine Coast–based service helping young people aged 5–27 build confidence, resilience, and life skills through movement, mentoring, and adventure. We believe that with the right role models and supportive environments, every child and young adult can thrive.
Our Movement & Role Model Program runs during school terms and combines fun games, physical activity, and social interaction in small, personalised groups. Each session is designed to develop key skills such as teamwork, confidence, coordination, and emotional regulation, supported by caring coaches who act as positive mentors.
We also deliver the Build Your Adventure (BYA) Program, a highly personalised 1:1 service. Participants are paired with their own Adventure Coach and taken on community-based experiences such as mountain climbs, beach adventures, cooking days, scavenger hunts, and nature exploration. Each day is tailored to the participant’s needs and interests, with convenient door-to-door transport provided.
Both programs are designed to be uplifting, safe, and outcome-focused, ensuring that participants not only have fun but also grow in confidence and independence. Juiced Up Groms is about more than activities — it’s about helping young people believe in themselves and discover their strengths.
Training/Certification of note: Juiced Up Groms coaches complete ongoing training to ensure our programs are safe, supportive, and inclusive for all participants. Our team members hold Working with Children Checks, First Aid and CPR certification, and complete NDIS Worker Screening. In addition, we provide in-house training in behaviour support, child development, and neurodiversity-affirming practice, guided by allied health professionals such as occupational therapists. We are committed to continuous learning, and our staff participate in workshops and professional development covering areas such as trauma-informed practice, supporting autistic individuals, and inclusive community participation. While we are not a therapy provider, our approach is designed to complement therapeutic supports by creating real-world opportunities for participants to practice social, physical, and confidence-building skills.

1 month agoHonestly we have had a big journey with our little man. And I’ve sat on signing him up for juiced up groms for a little while due to his social anxiety and complex behaviours. BUT this is the best move we have ever made!!!! The team are so amazing \/ caring\/ supportive and knowledgeable. The intake is great so they learn how your little one needs attending too. He is absolutely in love with this now. And it’s his number one best therapy group he does. Instructors are also fantastic and extremely prepped. just of recent my son did a 5 hour day trip with the GROMS. He had the best day and has not stopped talking about it and all the friends he has made along the way. Highly recommended !!!

11 months agoThe best investment we've ever made for our son. Every single coach at Juiced Up Groms is incredibly kind, caring, and truly passionate about what they do. Each session our son attends is powerful, uplifting, and packed with encouragement. It’s made a huge difference in both his physical and mental wellbeing—helping him grow stronger, more confident, and more connected. He’s made so many new friends, and so have we.We feel accepted without judgment which means a lot to us. Thank you so much Cam, Chris and the team 🧡

1 year agoWe were soo excited when we got the call from Cam at the start of this term that he had a spot for Oliver, Oliver had been wanting to join a sports program but struggled to keep up with the competitive sports and found them too overwhelming, then a friend told us about groms and the program just sounded like a great fit for Oliver. He has nearly completed his first term, his confidence has grown soo much in just 9 short weeks, he has always struggled with a lot of self doubt saying he can’t do things and then often won’t attempt to try, but with the encouragement of his coaches and team mates he will now get in and give it a go even if it’s challenging. I love watching all the positive interactions with the coaches and the other kids, everyone really supports and encourages each other. It’s not about being the best but doing your best. Highly recommend this program for anyone wanting to get their kids into some healthy activity without the pressure of joining a competitive sports.
