Juiced Up Groms & Build Your Adventure Programs
Juiced Up Groms is a Sunshine Coast–based service helping young people aged 5–27 build confidence, resilience, and life skills through movement, mentoring, and adventure. We believe that with the right role models and supportive environments, every child and young adult can thrive.
Our Movement & Role Model Program runs during school terms and combines fun games, physical activity, and social interaction in small, personalised groups. Each session is designed to develop key skills such as teamwork, confidence, coordination, and emotional regulation, supported by caring coaches who act as positive mentors.
We also deliver the Build Your Adventure (BYA) Program, a highly personalised 1:1 service. Participants are paired with their own Adventure Coach and taken on community-based experiences such as mountain climbs, beach adventures, cooking days, scavenger hunts, and nature exploration. Each day is tailored to the participant’s needs and interests, with convenient door-to-door transport provided.
Both programs are designed to be uplifting, safe, and outcome-focused, ensuring that participants not only have fun but also grow in confidence and independence. Juiced Up Groms is about more than activities — it’s about helping young people believe in themselves and discover their strengths.
Training/Certification of note: Juiced Up Groms coaches complete ongoing training to ensure our programs are safe, supportive, and inclusive for all participants. Our team members hold Working with Children Checks, First Aid and CPR certification, and complete NDIS Worker Screening. In addition, we provide in-house training in behaviour support, child development, and neurodiversity-affirming practice, guided by allied health professionals such as occupational therapists. We are committed to continuous learning, and our staff participate in workshops and professional development covering areas such as trauma-informed practice, supporting autistic individuals, and inclusive community participation. While we are not a therapy provider, our approach is designed to complement therapeutic supports by creating real-world opportunities for participants to practice social, physical, and confidence-building skills.
