Kids Heart Pilates is led by Paediatric Exercise Physiologists who specialise in helping children of all ages build strength, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement. We believe movement is more than exercise – it supports physical development, emotional regulation, communication, and learning.

Our programs are designed to be fun, engaging, and evidence based. From one on one sessions to group classes, school and kindy incursions, and holiday programs, we tailor activities to suit each child’s needs and abilities. Whether it’s improving coordination, building core strength, supporting developmental milestones, or helping children with additional needs, our team works closely with families and educators to create positive outcomes.

We also provide specialised Women’s Health programs, supporting women through all life stages – from pregnancy and postnatal care to recovery, strength, and wellbeing.

In addition, our team works with teenagers and young adults to support their physical and mental health, improve performance in sport, manage injuries, and build confidence in movement.

At Kids Heart Pilates, we see movement as a foundation for growth. Our approach encourages people of all ages to explore, play, and discover what their bodies can do – all while developing resilience, focus, and self-belief.

Approach

Our team understands the sensory, social, and motor challenges autistic children may face, and we focus on strengths, celebrating every step forward.

We offer evidence-based, individualised programs run by accredited clinicians. Sessions may be one-on-one, small groups, or in-home/school, and can often be supported by NDIS funding. We adapt activities to meet each child’s needs and interests.

We provide sensory-rich exercises, calming strategies, and flexible environments to help children feel safe and understood. Our play-based approach encourages self-expression, confidence, and social connection while respecting each child’s individuality.
