Pop-up Therapy is a Brisbane-based mobile occupational therapy service supporting children and young people to create a meaningful life through learning, growth, and connection. Our goal at Pop-Up Therapy is to partner with the young people and families that we support to help them achieve their goals and acquire the skills they need to live an enriched and fulfilled life.

Individual Therapy
Our one-on-one occupational therapy sessions are tailored to each person’s unique needs, focusing on skill development in areas such as emotional regulation, sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, executive functioning, and social participation. By delivering therapy in real-life settings, we help individuals build confidence and independence in their daily activities.
Therapy Groups
We run small groups that provide opportunities for children to develop social connections, emotional regulation, and community independence in a fun and supportive environment. These groups encourage peer interactions and skill-building through play, movement, and community involvement.
Assessments
We conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for support. Our assessments inform individualised therapy plans, the NDIS and provide families and educators with valuable insights into a child’s development, functional skills, and support needs.
Education & Professional Development
Pop-Up Therapy offers workshops and training sessions for parents, educators, and professionals. Our professional development workshops cover topics such as sensory processing, behavior support, executive functioning, and inclusive teaching strategies, equipping participants with practical tools to support neurodivergent individuals effectively.
