Real Life is an innovative social and skill development program for young adults, 17+, that focuses on three key areas needed to live a life of independence . Through a diverse range of fun, skill building and social activities within our Studio and out in the community, participants will learn real life skills, such as cooking & life admin, to help them gain independence in all aspects of their lives, while building their confidence and self-esteem.

Peer mentoring is a crucial element to this program and Social Studio provides experienced role models to facilitate and guide our participants as we make new friends, learn new skills and create the life you want to live
