3 months agoOrdered online. Yes I made a mistake on one of the products. I have emailed them multiple times with no response trying to obtain a replacement. Given up, thus this review. Good products selections but the online service is very poor. Again, it was my mistake on ordering a wrong product, but at least reply your customer email please.

3 years agoThe staff are always friendly and professional and the products on the shelves are all very high quality. If there's a product you want that they don't have, they will look into it for you, but they will only start stocking it if they can find a good quality supplier! I recently ordered a custom item - an adult cape - it was completed very quickly (the only delay was the wait on the materials, which was only a couple days) the quality is wonderful and it flows very nicely. I wear it all the time and it's a beautiful colour!

a year agoWe visited for the first time this afternoon and the lady who served us was very well informed, so lovely & welcoming. Despite it being half an hour before close. Appreciate your help & we will be back. I already want another picky pad

3 years agoThis place is so wholesome and has great vibes! I went there today just to check out what they had and I left with some great quality fidgets. The lady working was so lovely she assisted me when I needed it and allowed me to look around and test out some of the fidgets. She took the time to understand my needs and recommended some great stuff. This is definitely my new favourite store !!

3 years agoWe love Sensory & Me, we always have a great time shopping there. The staff are committed to great service and are very friendly. The atmosphere is so calm and inviting, awesome if you don’t love crowded shops. They regularly have new products on offer at really competitive prices too!!
