The group will be going to ‘Cedar Creek Falls’, Mt Tambourine supported by an amazing dedicated team!
Join a group of amazing young people who are inclusive and find joy in each others uniqueness. We are a person centered service that endeavours to support young people with disabilities. To encourage them to develop confidence and independence whilst feeling safe in the community.
Our goal is to support them to discover new experiences without the overwhelm or the initial feeling of dread that can occur in many neurodivergent people.
School Holiday Activity days include:
- Group-based activities to support social skill development
- Building on your executive functioning skills
- Support staff highly trained in working with youth with disability
- Small and supportive groups
NDIS goals met include:
- Relationship Building
- Emotional Regulation Building
- Accessing the community.
- Increasing Gross Motor Skills
- Increasing emotional regulation skills
- Physical Strength Building
- Increasing all areas of Executive Functioning
As a participant of our programs included are:
Pre-program NDIS-reporting and documentation, including: independent care plans for all participants to ensure a positive experience
This program may be suitable for young people aged 5–17 and may be claimable under individual NDIS plans as part of Capacity Building and Core Supports. We support all families to ensure it aligns with your NDIS goals.
With a balance of fun, learning and support, this program offers a chance to create lasting friendships, develop life skills and build memories to be proud of!
