Educational Therapy

A creative and individualised approach to support that identifies the underlying barriers of the learning struggle. We support learners of all ages to build independence, confidence, self-advocacy and understand their strengths and abilities. We do things differently! We offer innovative and creative responses to learning challenges – tailoring each session for the individual.

Counselling

Counselling for young people, families and adults. Support for those who are experiencing or have experienced stress, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss. Support for time management, workplace challenges, social and relationship counselling and conflict resolution. We specialise in Counselling for children, young adults and their families.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a powerful means of joining with the non-verbal capacities of children in order to engage and work therapeutically with them. It is a developmentally appropriate, evidence-based method of counselling younger clients. In Play Therapy, children can play out their inner and real life experiences in a way that builds insight and capacity. Play Therapy allows children to express, regulate, communicate and gain new insights and skills through a safe and nurturing therapeutic relationship.

Approach

We approach autism through a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming lens that values each child’s individuality, communication style, and unique way of experiencing the world.

Our therapy sessions are highly individualised, flexible, and collaborative—using play, creative expression, and structured supports to honour sensory needs, reduce stress, and build on each child’s strengths.

We create safe, adaptable spaces and provide choice-making, sensory supports, and creative outlets, allowing autistic children to express themselves authentically while feeling comfortable and respected.
