The Empowerment Project is a 6 week journey designed to support young girls aged 5-9 in exploring their emotions, building social confidence, and discovering the strength within themselves. Through creativity, stories, movement, and connection, your child will learn practical tools to feel empowered, connected, and calm.

Through storytelling, art, sensory play, movement, and gentle discussion, we explore emotional regulation, self-esteem, friendships, boundaries, and mindfulness – building the emotional toolkit every young girl deserves to thrive.

This program is neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and carefully designed to suit the developmental needs of girls in this age group. Spots are limited to just 6–8 children to keep the group cozy and connected.

Over 6 weeks, your child will develop:

✔️ Emotional literacy and calming strategies
✔️ Stronger social confidence and friendship skills
✔️ A deeper sense of self-worth and resilience
✔️ A personalised toolkit to support wellbeing long after the program ends

Tam is a teacher with 20 years classroom experience, holds a Bachelor of Psychology,  and mum of three neurodivergent children. She’s passionate about supporting children’s emotional wellbeing in ways that feel safe, playful, and affirming.

If this sounds like something your daughter would love, she’d be thrilled to welcome you into the journey. Let’s help our girls thrive – with joy, connection, and a whole lot of heart.
