Payment Terms and Conditions
By selecting a Listing Package and creating a Business Listing with the Autism Support Directory, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. BILLING AND SUBSCRIPTION
Listing Packages are billed as a monthly subscription. Fees are charged automatically each month on the same calendar day as your initial sign-up, unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
2. FREE TRIAL PERIOD
Your subscription may begin with a free trial period, the duration of which will be clearly displayed at the time of sign-up. No charges will be made during this trial period. You will receive an automated email reminder 7 days before the trial ends, allowing you time to cancel if you do not wish to continue. If no action is taken, your selected payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period and monthly thereafter.
3. PAYMENT PROCESSING & SECURITY
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest level of payment security certification. Stripe uses SSL encryption, secure tokenisation, and real-time fraud detection to protect your financial data. The Autism Support Directory does not store or have access to your credit card information.
4. GST
All Listing Package fees are GST-inclusive. A tax invoice will be issued for each successful payment.
5. MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can manage your subscription, including updating your payment method, downloading invoices, or cancelling your package, at any time via your account dashboard: www.autismsupportdirectory.com.au/my-account.

6. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be successfully processed, your Listing will be suspended until the payment is received.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your Listing Package at any time. Upon cancellation, your Listing will be removed from the Directory immediately, and no further charges will apply. Please note that refunds are not issued for any unused portion of the current billing period.
