The group will be going to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary supported by an amazing dedicated team!
Join a group of amazing young people who are inclusive and find joy in each others uniqueness. We are a person centered service that endeavours to support young people with disabilities. To encourage them to develop confidence and independence whilst feeling safe in the community.
Our goal is to support them to discover new experiences without the overwhelm or the initial feeling of dread that can occur in many neurodivergent people.

Pre-program NDIS-reporting and documentation, including: independent care plans for all participants to ensure a positive experience
This program may be claimable under individual NDIS plans as part of Capacity Building and Core Supports.
