About the Groups

At various times throughout the year, Kalos Therapy offers low-cost occupational therapy (OT) group programs facilitated by university students completing their clinical placements. Students deliver the groups under the supervision of a registered occupational therapist, giving children opportunities to participate in fun, skill-building activities at an affordable cost.

Ready. Set. Prep!

Ready. Set. Prep! is a play-based school-readiness program supporting social-emotional, communication, motor, early cognitive and independence skills. The program includes six 90-minute sessions held twice a week over three weeks, plus an individual summary report. $40 per group session + $60 report.

Construction Crew

Construction Crew uses structured LEGO®-based activities to support communication, teamwork, listening, problem-solving and flexible thinking. The program includes four 60-minute sessions held weekly at $25 per session.

Slime Squad

Slime Squad is a fun sensory group where children make and personalise their own slime to take home. Each group is a one-off 60-minute session costing $15.
