At Sunshine Home Support, we offer a range of services designed to improve the quality of life for our clients. These services include personal care, home maintenance, community participation, and our supported employment program. We focus on providing personalised support tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
Supported Employment Program Overview
Our Supported Employment Program is NDIS-funded, aimed at helping participants build valuable employment skills and experience. To join, participants must be NDIS plan-managed or self-managed, as we do not accept NDIS-managed participants.
Types of Supported Employment
Digital Supported Employment
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible shifts
- Format: Online via Zoom
- Activities: Learn job skills, improve computer proficiency, manage social media, produce newsletters, digital filing, and more
- Support: One-on-one coaching with an option for individual or team work
In-Person Supported Employment
- Location: Burpengary
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm (with activities including cooking on Fridays, lawn mowing, house cleaning, and more)
- Transportation: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off at the train station or the option for Support Worker pick-up (additional charges apply)
