Crescent Psychology, based in Noosa Heads, offers neurodiverse-affirming therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in a private, sensory-considerate space at Noosa Junction and online across Australia.

With over 15 years of experience supporting children and parents/caregivers, our psychologist Peta Marceau provides a compassionate, individualised approach using evidence-based therapies such as play, sandtray, art therapy, ACT, CBT and more. With lived neurodiverse experience and a lighthearted, down-to-earth style, Peta prioritises client comfort, honouring neurodiversity, personal strengths, and fosters self-acceptance and growth.

We accept NDIS (self and plan-managed) clients and offer Medicare rebates for eligible clients.

Approach

At Crescent Psychology, we offer neurodiversity-affirming support that respects each individual’s unique way of thinking, feeling, and interacting. Therapy is tailored to the person, with a focus on self-understanding, autonomy, and goals that align with their values.

Sessions are client-led, flexible, and sensory-considerate, with space for different communication styles; whether that’s through talking, art, metaphor, movement, or silence. We welcome stimming, comfort items, and any adjustments that help clients feel safe and supported.

Our aim is to create a space where autistic individuals can express themselves authentically and feel genuinely understood.
