Approach

Our business approaches autism from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective, recognising and valuing the unique strengths and experiences of autistic individuals. We prioritise ongoing education and collaboration with autistic people to inform our practices.

We provide individualised, person-centered support that honours each person's communication style, preferences, and needs. We have sought training in neurodiversity and autism, and we regularly seek feedback from autistic clients to improve our services.

We encourage and support autistic individuals to express their identity in ways that feel authentic to them. We offer flexible accommodations for sensory needs, such as adapting environments, providing sensory tools, and respecting self-advocacy regarding comfort and communication.
